What You'll Do
* Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Support residents during mealtimes and ensure a dignified dining experience
* Observe and report changes in residents' health or behaviour
* Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
* Maintain safety, hygiene, and infection control standards
About You
You're a caring and dependable individual who brings empathy, teamwork, and professionalism to everything you do.
Essential:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or equivalent)
* Previous experience in residential aged care
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Physically fit for safe manual handling
* Confident using tablets/smartphones for work
* Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Two recent managerial references
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Desirable:
* Medication Administration Certification
