As a Disability Inclusion Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in helping Victorian government schools deliver high-quality education and care services by facilitating the Disability Inclusion Profile in the Western area.
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Teachers who possess a background in Inclusive Education to facilitate inclusive practices in schools. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with children with additional needs, their families, and their school community.
* Deliver the Disability Inclusion Profile in the Western area, visiting schools to facilitate meetings and supporting teachers to develop inclusive practices.
* Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.
* Participate in extensive training and development activities, including regular shadowing, initial training, ongoing training opportunities, quality improvement days, and continuing professional guidance from your Team Leader.
