Based at Mona Vale Hospital, working across the Northern Sydney Local District.
Role Overview
Join the NSLHD ACAS team, providing aged care assessments with ongoing education and clinical supervision. We welcome applicants passionate about working with older persons, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, and Registered Nurses. High standards and timely assessments are essential.
Eligibility Criteria
Relevant tertiary qualifications and full AHPRA registration or eligibility.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic records, and e-learning.
Experience in aged care settings, capable of comprehensive assessments and care planning.
Knowledge of My Aged Care and related services for assessment and support.
