About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support for our banking and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide essential support and maintenance for applications, including routine updates and patch applications to ensure systems operate efficiently.
2. Assist in resolving incidents and problems, participating in change management to minimize service disruptions and maintain system availability.
3. Contribute to efforts aimed at enhancing processes and adhering to best practices in maintenance, support, and deployment of applications, aiming for service excellence.
4. Help to create and update support documentation and contribute to the knowledge base to facilitate rapid resolution of issues and promote team learning.
5. Support interactions with third-party vendors and solution providers to ensure integrated services work seamlessly and meet performance standards.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of proven experience in providing technical support to Core Banking, Payment and Enterprise Applications
* Must have experience in Banking or Financial Services domain with good understanding of regulatory and compliance environment (i.e., APRA)
* Must have experience in Atlassian suite of products (i.e., Jira Service Management, Confluence, etc)
* Able to provide 24x7 technical support and incident management as when is required
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Relevant ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required, COBIT or CISM is preferable
