We are seeking a highly motivated, organised, and very much sales-driven, Sales and Operations Coordinator to take the lead in managing our daily operations while driving business growth due to a new product about to be launched.
This role is ideal for someone who embraces a challenge, that has an excellent customer service skills and seamless operational execution.
As a key member of our team, you will coordinate staff schedules, oversee daily product output, prepare reports on sales orders/production and actively convert leads through proactive communication.
You'll be at the center of ensuring everything runs smoothly — from internal coordination to building strong client relationships that result in repeat business and new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by converting leads through phone, email, and digital channels.
Coordinate day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, logistics, and detailed reporting on sales orders received and fulfilled.
Build and nurture client relationships to maximize satisfaction and encourage repeat engagement.
Collaborate with factory teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication between departments.
Support process improvements that enhance productivity and customer experience.
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documentation to ensure efficient workflow and transparency.
Identify new business opportunities through relationship management and strategic follow-ups.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales coordination, operations, or administrative management.
Strong sales acumen with experience in lead conversion and client relationship management.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with XERO or other accounting software.
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
A proactive problem-solver with a passion for teamwork and achieving results.
