Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate, organised and efficient administrative support for the effective operation of the Legal Services office.
* Collect and compile information to support the development of documentation and reports.
* Respond promptly to internal and external enquiries and routine requests for legal information.
* Update records and databases, complying with records management processes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in providing administrative service in a legal office environment.
* Experience with complex document management system and sensitive record keeping systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel.
