Support Professional
This dynamic role enables you to empower individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and quality of life. You will work collaboratively with customers, caregivers, and stakeholders to develop personalized support plans.
* Flexible work schedule: rotate through various shifts to accommodate personal commitments.
* Provide assistance with living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and personal care to enhance customer independence.
* Ensure accurate records are maintained using online systems.
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
* Contribute to the development or implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
The ideal candidate is punctual, friendly, non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services in disability support.
Essential Requirements:
* Certificate-level qualification in Disability or Community Services/Individual Support or equivalent relevant experience in the human services industry.
* Valid NSW Drivers C Class Licence, with the ability to drive vehicles in this licence class, including large cars and vans.
* Must be physically fit to undertake the demands of the role, including lifting 10 kilograms unassisted.
