Machine Operator – Food Manufacturing

We are launching a new manufacturing plant and are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator/s to join our growing production team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business from the ground up, producing high-quality food products for foodservice and industrial customers in Australia and overseas.
About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of food production and packaging equipment, ensuring product quality, food safety, and production targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up, operate and monitor production machinery
* Ensure products meet quality and food safety standards
* Perform routine machine checks, adjustments and basic troubleshooting
* Complete production records and documentation accurately
* Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment (GMP)
* Work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance and QA teams
* Follow all WHS and food safety procedures
About You
* Previous experience as a machine operator in food manufacturing
* Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
* Strong commitment to food safety, quality and hygiene
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Reliable, punctual and team-focused
Desirable:
* Experience with ovens, extrusion, moulding, or packaging equipment
* Forklift licence
* Food safety or HACCP training
