GANT is seeking a confident and people-focused Store Manager to lead our Perth DFO store.
We are looking for a leader who operates with integrity, takes genuine ownership of their store, and understands that strong performance and a positive team culture go hand in hand.
This is an opportunity for someone who is prepared to lean in, set clear standards, and build a store environment that is both high-performing and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture and day‐to‐day operations of the store.
This is a leadership role where you will lead from the front — driving sales, coaching your team, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring strong operational standards are maintained.
You will work closely with your Assistant Manager and Regional Operations Manager (based remotely), with the autonomy to establish clear expectations and shape a strong, positive store culture.
This is a full‐time role on a Tuesday – Saturday roster.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
* A stable, full‐time leadership role with clear expectations
* Growth opportunity within a global premium brand
* Generous staff discount
* A supportive structure with autonomy to run your store well
LEAD FROM THE FLOOR
This is a genuinely active retail role. You'll be on your feet, on the floor, and involved in the day‐to‐day running of the store.
That includes unpacking and processing stock deliveries, moving product, merchandising, and keeping the store looking sharp and feeling alive.
We're looking for someone who enjoys this part of retail — because stock is opportunity. A new delivery means fresh energy, new conversations with customers, and another chance to create momentum on the floor.
You'll also bring a curious, commercial mindset: watching what's selling, what isn't, and confidently adjusting the floor to keep the store performing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Create a culture built on integrity, accountability and respect
* Coach, develop and manage performance in a clear, fair and respectful way
* Deliver a premium customer experience — welcoming, genuine and not scripted
* Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
* Ensure smooth and compliant store operations including rostering, stock management and safety
ABOUT YOU
We are open to different levels of experience — capability, confidence and character are what matter most.
You may be an experienced Store Manager, or a high-performing Assistant Manager ready to step into your next role.
You will:
* Lead with integrity and take full ownership of outcomes
* Be confident setting expectations and having constructive performance conversations
* Build strong, respectful relationships with your team
* Enjoy people — customers and team. You bring warmth, lightness and confidence to the floor, and you understand that great retail is built on connection, not just transactions
* Have strong practical judgement — you know when to roll your sleeves up and when it's time to bring in extra support
* Bring positive, steady energy to the store environment
* Be organised, reliable and solutions-focused
Retail is a people business. We value leaders who understand that while standards and results matter, creating an environment where both team and customers feel comfortable, respected and at ease is equally important.
