The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administration Officer to join the Mining Pro team at Curragh Mine.
We have been partnered with Coronado Global Resources since 2022 to operate at the Curragh Mine in Blackwater. This is a great opportunity in a full-time position and have potential long-term career growth.
$2000 sign on bonus
7/7 Roster – Day shift only
Full-time position with annual and personal leave
Key Responsibilities
Data entry and high level administration tasks
Coordinate and prioritise incoming communications and tasks, including emails, phone calls and correspondence
Prepare and distribute production reports, return to work presentations and prestart presentations
Manage ordering and invoicing requirements
Coordinate and manage site vehicles and maintenance requirements
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Skills & Experience
Previous administration experience in a similar role – experience in a production mining environment highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Valid Australian Driver Licence
