A Day in the Life
You will be an integral part of our kitchen brigade. So, we're looking for someone who can oversee a section independently in a fast-paced environment. You'll help to set the standards by displaying a passion for hospitality and cuisine and the motivation to deliver an exceptional food experience to our guests. You'll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands.
Qualifications
* Qualification in Commercial Cookery
* A passion for locally sourced and seasonal produce
* A desire to develop among a driven & professional team
* Ability to work autonomously on a section or within a fast-paced team
* Exposure to stock-taking, wastage control, menu development and costings
