Day to Day
* Manage a tidy portfolio of circa 160 properties end-to-end with FULL support
* Out of office support from the Leasing team & Field Services team
* No trust accounting or BDM duties required!
Experience Required
* Ideally a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Property Manager
* Enthusiastic, energetic and strong initiative to go the extra mile
* Excellent communication skills
* Punctual and reliable
* Strong attention to detail
* VIC Agents Rep Certificate
