are working with a global, high-growth technology leader seeking an elite
Enterprise Account Executive
to own and conquer our critical Energy & Resources territory.

If you are a "trusted advisor" who thrives on 6-12 month strategic sales cycles, loves building C-level business cases, and has a proven network in the E&R sector, we want to hear from you.

Are You Ready to Lead the Charge in Energy & Resources?

* Salary: $215-220k + Super + OTE $500K
* Location: Melbourne (The location can also be Sydney based if you're happy with interstate travel)
* Working Model: Hybrid
* Sector: Utilities & Asset Management & Energy

Your Profile (What You'll Bring):

* Deep Industry Experience:
years of direct enterprise sales experience, with a
minimum of 5 years
focused on selling complex technology solutions
into
the Energy & Resources (Mining and/or Utilities) sectors.
* A Proven "Hunter":
A "brag bag" of consistent quota over-achievement and a clear history of landing new, relevant customer logos.
* An Unbeatable Network:
Strong, existing relationships with senior decision-makers and key partners within the Australian E&R industries.
* Strategic Mindset:
You think long-term, operate with urgency, and hold yourself accountable for your territory's success.
* Loyalty & Perseverance:
We value a history of long, stable job tenure that demonstrates your commitment and positive career trajectory.
* Willingness to Travel:
You are ready to travel as needed across your territory to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Your Mission (What You'll Do):

* Own Your Territory:
You will be the CEO of your patch, managing a mix of major installed-base customers and high-potential greenfield accounts.
* Lead the Full Cycle:
From top-of-funnel prospecting to closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, you will manage the entire 6-12 month sales process.
* Be the Trusted Advisor:
Build powerful relationships with senior LOB & IT audiences, conducting deep discovery to understand their KPIs and aligning our unique value proposition to their strategic goals.
* Command the Room:
Deliver powerful presentations (in-person and virtual) that clearly articulate ROI and business value to C-level executives.
* Quarterback the Team:
Lead a collaborative "pod" by effectively leveraging internal resources (like Customer Success and Professional Services) and external partner ecosystems to win as one team.
