The Role
* This is a full time, onsite position based in Scoresby
* Monday to Friday. Hours are either 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional later finishes to support events.
* The position starts 10 December
* 3 to 6 months with a very strong chance of permanency.
What you'll be doing
* Managing reception and front desk operations
* Greeting visitors and assisting with contractor check in and inductions
* Coordinating couriers and deliveries
* Meeting room set up, resets and general workplace presentation
* Administrative support across the workplace experience function
* Kitchen and supplies top ups, ensuring all shared spaces are tidy and welcoming
* Supporting events where required
* Being a trusted point of contact for employees onsite
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in reception, corporate concierge, facilities or workplace support
* Strong communication and people skills with a polished, professional presentation
* Comfortable juggling competing priorities and staying calm under pressure
* Confident with admin tasks and general systems
* Reliable, proactive and customer focused
* Ability to commit to full time onsite work
* National Police Check will be required
