Overview
We're looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Marketing Manager who can hit the ground running and take ownership of marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition across multiple sales channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced team where you'll work closely with stakeholders across Fleet Sales, Novated Leasing and the Broker Channel. You will lead integrated marketing campaigns, support sales-led initiatives, and ensure marketing activity delivers measurable commercial outcomes. What You'll Do
1. Develop and deliver integrated B2B marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition across Fleet Sales, Novated Leasing and the Broker Channel
2. Translate stakeholder requests and business objectives into clear, commercially aligned marketing plans
3. Lead campaign delivery from briefing and development through to execution and performance review
4. Evaluate marketing briefs to ensure objectives, target audience and success measures are clearly defined
5. Develop targeted campaigns supporting broker engagement, channel marketing and sales-led acquisition initiatives
6. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive and external agencies to produce campaign assets across digital and content channels
7. Partner closely with Fleet Sales, Novated Leasing and Broker Channel teams to understand priorities and identify marketing opportunities
8. Provide guidance on marketing strategy and campaign approaches that align with brand and commercial goals
9. Challenge and refine marketing requests to ensure the most effective marketing solution is delivered
10. Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects across distribution channels
11. Coordinate internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
What You Have
12. 8+ years' marketing experience, ideally within B2B, financial services or intermediary-driven environments
13. Demonstrated experience operating at Marketing Manager level with ownership of campaigns and stakeholder relationships
14. Proven experience delivering marketing initiatives that support lead generation and channel growth
15. Strong experience managing multiple stakeholders, business units or distribution channels
16. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
17. Strong critical thinking and commercial judgement when assessing marketing opportunities
18. Ability to prioritise competing requests and manage multiple projects simultaneously
19. Experience managing external agencies and marketing suppliers
20. Experience managing marketing budgets and campaign performance reporting
