Warehouse Coordinator – Part-time 3 days / week
General duties include assisting and supporting sales and marketing of Rock Tools and other products.
You will be required to assist the efficient operation of the branch by receiving and dispatching stock, maintaining communications with customers as required.
Responsibilities
Maintaining warehouse operations, including receiving and shipping stock, stock management, unpacking and repacking of heavy items, and other related activities.
Communicating with shipping companies, customers, relevant branches or headquarters to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of stock.
Maintaining a safe working environment in the warehouse by properly sorting and storing stock and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
Stock number confirmation work (monthly stock count and semi-annual closing stock count).
Keeping the environment in the warehouse clean (cleaning, garbage disposal, etc.).
Maintaining inventory in good condition.
This includes cleaning, repainting, and repackaging returned items.
Safety management and ISO management work related to warehouse work.
Fulfilling other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested / required.
Qualifications
Current Australian Driver's Licence (C Class) and Forklift Certificate.
