About the Role

As Assistant Park Manager, you’ll work closely with the Park Manager to ensure smooth operations, high-quality guest service, and support across all areas of the park. This is a diverse, hands-on role that suits someone who thrives on leadership, teamwork, and accountability.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting day-to-day park operations, including after-hours needs
- Assisting with guest bookings, check-ins, and account management
- Leading, mentoring and motivating team members
- Helping with reporting and operational budgets
- Ensuring park safety, compliance, and presentation standards
- Supporting guest experience and local promotions

About You

You’re a proactive, adaptable leader who enjoys making a difference and bringing a guest-focused mindset to your work.

You’ll bring:

- Proven leadership experience in tourism, accommodation, or related fields
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and financial awareness
- A genuine passion for working with people and delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems – knowledge of RMS is a must
- Flexibility for after-hours and weekend work
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to live onsite

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
