Administration Support Officer – Supply Chain
Join our growing Supply Chain team in this newly created Supply Chain Support Officer role. Ideal for an early‐career professional or recent graduate, this position offers an excellent opportunity to build hands‐on experience in supply chain operations, ERP systems, and stakeholder engagement within a fast‐paced corporate environment.
Supporting the Supply Chain & Project Management team, you will play a key role in delivering high‐quality administrative, system, and operational support while contributing to the efficient flow of information across the supply chain. We are seeking a highly organised, systems‐savvy, and customer‐focused team player who enjoys working with internal stakeholders and is committed to learning and upholding high standards of procurement practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and operational support across supply chain and procurement activities
* Administer and maintain data within the JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system, including data validation and cut-over support
* Assist with item setup, catalogue maintenance, vendor pricing updates, and supplier onboarding
* Support procurement projects and ERP-related initiatives alongside our Supply Chain Data SpecialistsRespond to internal stakeholder queries and provide timely updates on supplier deliveries and potential delays
* Assist with purchasing activities as required
* Support management of procurement documentation, including SharePoint repositories
* Coordinate supplier samples, quotations, vendor meetings, and audit scheduling
* Uphold health, safety, quality, environmental, and socially responsible procurement standards
Skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
* Professional and customer‐focused communication style
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Working knowledge or the ability to quickly learn ERP systems (JD Edwards experience highly regarded)
* Ability to analyse information, follow procedures, and meet commitments
* Capable of working collaboratively while managing competing priorities
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic supply chain environment
