This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Part-Time Assistant Boutique Manager at our Sunshine Plaza location.
We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual who can assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our boutique, leading a high-performing team and ensuring every customer enjoys a premium, memorable experience.

* Assist in overseeing all aspects of the boutique's operations.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business.

* Experience in a senior beauty advisor/assistant manager role.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

* Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures.
">
* Skin care & management experience is ideal but not essential.
