Key Responsibilities:
* Roster and payroll management in a fast-paced environment.
* Manage all incoming calls professionally and provide excellent customer service.
* Support the Airport Manager with administrative tasks, including lounge operations oversight.
* Respond to queries and requests, escalating where necessary.
* Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as required.
* Develop and implement efficient systems and processes for administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Experience with rostering/payroll systems, preferably HumanForce.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and work independently.
* Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
