Accounts Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Administrator to join our South Nowra team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial administration, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts administration function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all financial processes. This includes:
* Processing all accounts payable invoices on time;
* Preparing and processing client progress claims;
* Managing bank account and credit card reconciliations;
* Maintaining subcontractor WHS compliance records;
* Performing general accounts duties and ad-hoc tasks as directed by the accounts team;
* Collaborating effectively with the finance team to support smooth financial operations;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Certificate III in Financial Services or relevant work experience;
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite software;
3. Minimum 2 years' experience with Xero or MYOB accounting software;
