The Opportunity:
Our client is a leading provider of strata management services across QLD. They are looking for someone to lead an established and high performing branch team. The role is based in the southern part of the Gold Coast with a portfolio that covers both QLD and Northern NSW.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who may be an experienced Senior Strata Manager, perhaps with some Team Leader or interim leadership experience who is looking to step up into a branch management position.
You will step into an established, successful branch and take responsibility for its continued growth, culture, and performance—supported by an experienced State Manager and a well-resourced central shared services team.
The opportunity
* People leadership: developing, coaching, and retaining a high-performing team. There is no expectation you will take on any portfolio management yourself. The focus is 100% of leading the team
* Customer leadership: role-modelling exceptional service and strengthening key client relationships
* Business leadership: running a profitable branch with accountability for revenue, budgets, and risk
Day to Day:
* Leading and developing the team of Strata Managers
* Driving customer retention, service quality, and proactive issue resolution
* Owning branch financial performance including budgets, revenue, and cost management
* Supporting growth through new business wins and expanded services, with the support of an aligned Branch BDM
* Embedding improved systems, processes, and ways of working
* Building a positive industry profile through engagement and leadership
About you:
This role is ideal for someone who:
* Is currently a Senior Strata Manager ready to step into a leadership role
* Has experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading others
* Understands strata legislation, ideally both NSW and QLD and the commercial drivers of management fees
* Brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a people-first mindset
* Wants ownership, progression, and the opportunity to lead and be accountable
* Is happy to work within a shared services model with centralised support functions covering administration and financial management
* Is based in the southern part of the Gold Coast or easily commutable distance from Northern NSW
