We’re seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a passionate team, drive menu innovation, and deliver exceptional dishes across woodfired pizzas, gourmet burgers, premium steaks, and fresh seafood.

The Role:
- Take full ownership of kitchen operations across both venues
- Mentor and develop your brigade, including junior sous chefs and chef de parties
- Maintain consistently high food quality and presentation, even during peak service
- Manage ordering, inventory, and cost control while minimising waste
- Drive menu development and innovation aligned with seasonal, local produce
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in high-volume bistro, pub, or multi-venue operations
- Hands-on, active leader who thrives during busy service periods
- Strong operational and cost management skills
- Passion for mentoring and developing a team
Salary & Benefits:
