Internal Sales Representative
We're looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic and growing team! In this key role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing quotes, processing orders, and identifying new business opportunities. The internal sales role would suit someone with a strong work ethic, an upbeat attitude, willingness to learn new skills, and a service‐focused mindset.
MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) is the industry leader in electrical wholesale distribution, with over 350 stores and 3,500 staff nationwide.
Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
* Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate product/pricing information
* Actively follow up on leads and quotes to convert into sales
* Support the external sales team with administrative and customer service tasks
Requirements
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Be excellent at managing your own time and a real "self‐starter"; you don't need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done
* Highly organised with the ability to multi‐task
* Hardworking and motivated to learn and grow within a company
* High attention to detail, you notice mistakes and errors quickly
* Work well in a team – we recognise that our staff are our greatest asset and maintaining a positive working environment is non‐negotiable
* Have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role
