Responsibilities
* Oversee the legal aspects of the acquisition and grants programs, including extensive contract drafting, commercial negotiation and advisory input into project management to meet and maintain the business\'s legal compliance.
* Take primary carriage of conveyancing, security and property law matters.
Qualifications
* At least 7–10 years PQE, ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training).
* Extensive experience in commercial and property law. Government experience desirable.
* Pragmatic, commercial mindset with the ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
* Client-centric — commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running.
* Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships.
