**Description & Requirements**:
- Monadelphous has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our NSW Operations team.
- This is a local role which will see you working on one of our major CHPP site, Monday to Friday, 10hr days.
- In the role of Supervisor, you will carry out a wide range of tasks from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews, working closely with the customer, ensuring requirements of the project are met.

- 3 years minimum experience as a site-based supervisor.
- Must hold Australian recognised Metal Trades Qualification.
- CHPP and shutdown experience preferred.
- Sound knowledge of roofing systems, installations, wall sheeting, purlins and Cladding.
- The drive to get hands on and lead by example
- Strong ability to manage time to achieve tight deadlines.
- Experience in effective planning, scheduling, budgets, variations, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.**Life at Monadelphous**
