We're looking for a driven
Sales Representative
, with relevant construction experience, to help construction businesses adopt cutting-edge grade control and machine control technologies across
Australia and New Zealand
. You'll deliver product demonstrations, training (on-site and online), and provide expert advice to business owners, estimators, surveyors, and site supervisors.
Location:
East Coast Australia (preferably Brisbane or Melbourne)
What you'll be doing:
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify and develop new business opportunities (approx. 75% new accounts)
Conduct live software demonstrations and training
Collaborate with internal teams across sales, technical support, R&D and marketing
Attend industry events and stay up to date with market trends
Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and reporting
Travel within Australia and New Zealand
About you:
Proven sales experience in
construction
or
technical products
Strong understanding of heavy construction and grade control technologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Organised, proactive and results-driven
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salesforce experience preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, construction, or engineering (preferred)
3+ years in construction or technical sales
Experience with civil estimating, machine control, or drones is a plus
