Business Analyst
Our client is looking to engage a Business Analyst to support the assessment of Scientific and IT equipment and software.
You will be required to
* Engage key stakeholders to document the scope of work to be completed and the required end products to be presented to Forensic Management.
* Engage with stakeholders of various ICT Systems within Forensics Command to assess and capture their support requirements, system requirements and business processes.
* Engage with stakeholders within the AFP to assess and capture current support arrangements, system infrastructure and business processes that affect Forensics Command.
* Prepare and document a report for Forensics Command detailing the previously stated points.
The skills and experience you will require for this role include
* Ability to analyse a problem and provide a solution based on the requirements;
* Experience in:
o engaging with stakeholders at both technical and non-technical levels;
o capturing business processes related to ICT and/or Forensic Systems;
o capturing ICT System requirements including Scientific Equipment;
* Experience in the following methodologies/principles:
o Cyber Security Practices (e.g Australian Government Information Security Manual, Essential 8);
o ITIL Service Management.
