This is a critical role for a cybersecurity professional who thrives in dynamic environments and values collaboration, innovation, and best practice.About the RoleYou will play a key part in strengthening identity governance, access control, and privileged access management (PAM) systems. You’ll work with technologies such as Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, Entra ID, and PAM tools to ensure security, compliance, and a seamless user experience. Your contributions will help shape the organisation’s approach to identity security in alignment with regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, and TEQSA guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesManage IAM policies, procedures, and controls in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Conduct risk assessments, compliance reviews, and access audits.Collaborate with the SOC to identify and respond to IAM-related threats (e.g., phishing, credential stuffing).Maintain and optimize IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Entra ID) and documentation.Oversee identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, SSO, MFA, and ABAC.Implement least privilege and just-in-time (JIT) access models.Lead the use and enhancement of PAM solutions, including Azure PIM.Design and manage IAM workflows and integrations, improving both security and user experience.Engage stakeholders across IT, business units, and vendors to ensure effective identity practices.Provide IAM best practice guidance, training, and awareness programs for internal users.What You'll NeedBe a proactive and security-conscious IAM specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment.
