Bethanie Peel is a warm and welcoming 50-bed facility set amongst landscaped gardens, with a personalised memory support area.If you share our passion for person-centred therapy services and promoting a positive ageing experience for older people, we would love to hear from you!In this role, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of customer-centred therapy and lifestyle programs, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to improve the quality of life of our residents.This role is offered on a fixed-term part-time basis, with the successful applicant working 13 hours per week until 23 February 2026, with the potential for extension. The roster is negotiable and can be discussed further at interview.Our Therapy Team consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, a Senior Dietitian, and a Senior Speech Pathologist. The team is supported by a full-time Allied Health Manager and a Senior Therapy Team Lead with over a decade of experience as an Occupational Therapist in aged care.We will consider applicants at all levels of seniority, so those with less experience or new graduates are encouraged to apply, as we can offer clinical support and professional development opportunities tailored to you.
