Role Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse delivers person-centered care, collaborates with the healthcare team, and supervises less experienced staff to ensure quality care.
Selection Criteria
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Competence in multidisciplinary nursing care
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking
Leadership ability, delegation skills, and adaptability
Recent clinical experience and commitment to professional development
Ability to prioritize and organize workload responsibly
Additional Requirements
This is a Category 'A' position requiring proof of vaccination against influenza and compliance with NSW Health policies.
Applicants must be Australian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a valid visa allowing work in Australia.
