What's the role on offer?
Based at the airport, this full‐time role reports to the Senior Base Engineer (SBE) / Line Maintenance Manager (LMM) and works alongside the Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) to ensure the compliant, safe, and efficient completion of maintenance tasks. As an AME (Structures), you will support the operational safety and reliability of the fleet, ensuring strict adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
Responsibilities
* Perform maintenance tasks safely and efficiently, following approved procedures.
* Communicate defects and updates to the supervising LAME promptly.
* Ensure accurate documentation of all tasks and compliance with engineering instructions.
* Handle tools and parts correctly, maintaining control and safety standards.
* Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to WHS guidelines.
* Promote and uphold safety, security, and environmental compliance across all operations.

Who we are looking for
Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience and competence as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) within an AMO environment. You will be detail‐oriented, committed to safety, and motivated to support the growth of the airline. Ideally, you would hold a Certificate 4 in Aeroskills and demonstrate a strong alignment with Alliance's values of safety and performance.
