Responsibilities (examples)
- Assist with implementation of inclusive educational programs and play-based learning.
- Deliver high-quality care with focus on child development, wellbeing and safeguarding.
- Lead and support teams in early childhood centres, including casual and part-time roles.
- Contribute to a new service delivery model and brand-new centres with strong indoor/outdoor spaces.
- Support enrolment processes and stakeholder engagement as appropriate to role.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent for various Educator roles; teaching qualifications for teacher roles may apply.
- Experience with National Quality Framework and regulatory knowledge for ECEC sectors.
- Flexible shifts (full-time, part-time, casual) and willingness to relocate to site locations as required.
