**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys specializing in Family Law.
- Prepare and file legal documents such as motions, petitions, and affidavits.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, hearings, and court appearances.
- Assist in drafting correspondence and legal documents.
- Maintain organized and accurate case files, both in physical and electronic formats.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience working as a legal secretary in Family Law is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software LEAP
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
