About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll make a genuine difference in people's lives by delivering personal care and daily living support. You'll encourage clients to participate in their communities and social activities, assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver personal care and daily living support to clients
* Encourage clients to participate in their communities and social activities
* Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household tasks
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Police Check (within 6 months)
* Driver's licence + reliable insured vehicle
