Optimisation Lead Role
This position involves leading and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a process optimisation capability with a value-stream, end-to-end perspective.
* Build and execute process frameworks to understand current state and drive optimisation.
* Evaluate key processes and undertake end-to-end process re-engineering aligned with business priorities and strategy.
* Prioritise key process areas for optimisation in collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of using project methodologies and business analysis approaches to implement process improvement initiatives.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
