Shack Powdercoating is a locally owned and trusted business in Geelong, specialising in high-quality powder coating finishes. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Sandblaster to join our team and help us deliver outstanding results for our customers.
What you ’ll be doing:
* Preparing metal products for powder coating
* Assisting with loading and unloading items
* Supporting experienced powder coaters in daily production.
* General workshop duties, ensuring a safe and tidy workspace.
What we ’re looking for:
* Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
* Ability to measure accurately
* Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
* Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
* Reliability and a willingness to learn.
* Previous experience in powder coating, painting, or factory work is an advantage but not essential – training will be provided.
* Current Forklift ticket
