* Bringing a positive and energetic presence to the store everyday, making sure customers queries and needs are well and truly met.
* Offering your support to fellow team members and contributing to a harmonious and supportive work environment.

* Strong background in fast‐paced retail settings
* Excellent communication skills - direct and easy for customers to understand.
* Highly motivated and proactive, ready to step in and take initiative to ensure customers leave the store happy.
* A people person, ready to offer assistance with an approachable and empathetic manner.
