Description We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Sydney team. In this client-side consulting role, you will provide expert cost advice across a range of significant projects, contribute to major infrastructure and property initiatives, and mentor junior staff as a senior member of our growing NSW division. A values-driven team committed to Precision, Integrity, and Reliability. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost plans, feasibility studies, bills of quantities, and tender documentation. Deliver expert advice on procurement strategies, construction costs and contract administration. Manage and monitor budgets, conduct value engineering, and provide financial reporting. Lead client engagements and represent MBM in a professional capacity. Mentor and support junior surveyors, reviewing work and sharing technical knowledge. Collaborate with project stakeholders and maintain client relationships. Skills And Experiences What You Bring A degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related discipline. Minimum of 4-6 years’ post-graduate experience, ideally in a client-side role within Australia. Strong command of construction methodologies and local procurement practices. Advanced proficiency in CostX and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Organised, professional, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
