Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants. In this role, you will provide individualized care to people in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
* Assisting clients with daily living activities according to their care plans.
* Providing personal care, domestic assistance, and social support.
* Maintaining client confidentiality and dignity at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services.
* Current Australian Driver's License and willingness to travel.
* Registered and insured vehicle.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
