Senior Account Director Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Director to lead key client relationships and drive strategic excellence. This pivotal leadership role involves guiding a passionate team, shaping client direction, and ensuring project delivery has impact across every touchpoint.
The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor for blue-chip clients, responsible for building strong partnerships, leading strategic conversations, and overseeing complex project delivery. They will mentor and support Account Managers and Directors, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams, while also playing a role in identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and nurture client relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Drive strategic thinking across campaigns, influencing creative and commercial outcomes
* Provide leadership and mentorship to your team
* Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple accounts
* Champion innovation and identify opportunities to add value
Qualifications include 7+ years' agency-side client service experience, including leadership at Account Director or SAD level. Proven track record managing large-scale, complex clients is essential. Strong commercial acumen, excellent leadership and mentoring skills, and a passion for retail, brand storytelling, and shopper journeys are also required.
