What You'll Do: As a Loans Office Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of our mortgage broking firm, supporting mortgage brokers and clients with various loan processing activities. 
Your Responsibilities: 
Collaborate with brokers on commercial lending, Investment Loans, refinancing, and car loans. 
Provide top-tier client service, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. 
Foster seamless communication between clients and lending institutions. 
Skills and Experience You Bring: 
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Loans Processing Officer in a bank or mortgage broking firm. 
Proficiency in Mercury Connective Mortgage Broker CRM higly desirable
