About the Opportunity
Job Description:
* The successful candidate will lead the growth of our RV dealership in Toowoomba, building a productive team to drive sales and revenue results.
* Ambitious expansion plans require an exceptional leader to oversee the development of our dealership from inception, including setup, preparation, and equipping for a grand opening.
Prioritization of Responsibilities:
1. Build a cohesive team culture that encourages success and minimizes staff turnover through effective leadership and training.
2. Create a collaborative and customer-focused environment by overseeing all aspects of the dealership, including finance & insurance options, parts & accessories, service department, new and used caravans.
3. Identify opportunities for growth within the industry and community while maintaining manufacturer relationships.
4. Deliver staff training and development programs, including regular performance reviews.
5. Closely collaborate with head office to develop strategies for dealership-specific events and promotions, including caravan and industry show events.
6. Work effectively with head office regarding warranty, repairs, quality, sales, HR support, and implementation of dealer-management and CRM software.
7. Ensure adherence to company values, policies, and procedures, including workplace health & safety, sales processes, and human resources.
Key Qualifications:
* Demonstrated background in sales, sales management, and within the Recreational Vehicle industry.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, essential for providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to the team.
* Meticulous organization with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to deliver customer satisfaction and maximize retention and brand loyalty.
* High level of integrity with all internal and external stakeholders.
