**The Position**

This position is with an innovative and contemporary government department located on the Sunshine Coast promoting a collaborative and supportive team culture, you will be working within a team of 7 and alongside a larger HR team. This role would suit an experience HR Advisor seeking exposure to Organisational Development or an experienced OD Advisor looking for a new challenge to join a business in their growth trajectory. To thrive in this role, you will be a HR professional who enjoys the Organisational Development space, has a passion for learning and is an innovative thinker.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with business leaders to identify, design, develop and implement innovative and progressive Human Resource solutions;
- Develop strategic HR frameworks, policies, programs and processes related to enhancing the capability and performance of the organisation, including employee experience and performance frameworks, and leadership strategies;
- Research, monitor and analyse workforce, trends, reports, develop new and continuous improvement strategics and initiatives
- Lead the preparation, review, and implementation of key Human Resource projects
- Provide advice and support to HR Business Leaders and other key Executive stakeholders
- Demonstrate flexibility and proactiveness to ensure workloads are effectively managed and prioritised in an everchanging environment;
- The ability to work collaboratively to support the wider HR team on key business initiatives and to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related business management discipline;
- Proven experience in an Organisational Development role;
- Proven ability to work team-oriented and in a team environment;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence, lead, coach and develop others;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and data analysis skills;
- Strong organisation and time management skills, and have ability to multi-task and switch focus to prioritise tasks as required.
