About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an excellent client experience. This includes utilising data to inform operational decisions, driving a selling culture, and continuously improving store performance.
* To drive business growth by developing strategies with the Store Manager and District Manager.
* To promote Sephora's values and motivate the team to meet KPIs.
* To consistently raise team performance and capability.
* To implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team.
* To energise the team to deliver first class customer service.
