Job Description
This role requires a highly motivated and skilled individual to work as a security officer. You will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of our facilities and assets.
You will work closely with our operations team and duty managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high levels of customer service and engagement.
* Carry out general security duties, including external and internal lock-ups.
* Solve issues proactively and respond to emergencies effectively.
* Protect and maintain the security and integrity of buildings and infrastructure.
* Submit electronic or paper incident and hazard reports.
Requirements:
* Current Tasmanian Security Licence.
* Flexibility to work 24/7 rotating rosters.
* WWVP Check.
* Experience in a healthcare environment (highly desirable).
* Good level of physical fitness.
* Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
* Good conflict resolution skills.
