Account Executive - Construction Tech role for a fast-growing construction tech scale-up. The company provides a cutting-edge SaaS platform that streamlines and optimises quality and health and safety management to reduce risk, improve efficiency, and ensure project success. This role is based in APAC with a focus on building world-class Go-to-Market teams.
Base pay range
A$90,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr
Role
As an Account Executive, you will be a key player in our expansion, responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with Tier 1, 2, and 3 builders/contractors. You will manage complex sales cycles and build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires comfort navigating technical discussions and managing integrations with various client systems.
What you\'ll do
* Drive revenue growth by actively hunting for and acquiring new clients.
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to closing and onboarding.
* Collaborate with the SDRs, who will provide you with qualified leads and support your prospecting efforts.
* Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition and exceptional post-sale experience for your clients.
* Become a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and demonstrating how the solution can solve their biggest challenges.
* Work with an innovative product team to provide market feedback and contribute to the evolution of the platform.
What you\'ll need
* 3-5+ years proven experience as an Account Executive, preferably in SaaS or construction tech.
* A strong hunter mindset and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Experience selling across Tier 1, 2, and 3 builders/contractors (preferred).
* Comfort with managing and selling complex integrations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* A passion for technology and a desire to make a real impact on a critical industry.
