Working closely with the national team as well as multiple local teams, providing services to clients locally and nationally.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the design and implementation of Transfer Pricing policies and operating models for Australian MNEs and startupsProvide commercial advice in respect of new or existing transactions, working with medium/large established companiesSupport outbound planning and global value chain/business transformationsManage projects; work closely with clients and other service lines locally and internationallyAssist clients with ATO risk reviews and transfer pricing disputesPrepare Transfer Pricing documentation in relation to various intercompany transactions, including financial transactionsConduct benchmarking analysis and develop financial modelsReview legal agreements from a Transfer Pricing perspectiveCollaborate with BDO's large international network to service global clientsWhat you'll need to succeed:Desire to be challenged and work on diverse client projects and industriesTransfer pricing experience within professional services or client sideA deep understanding of the global OECD Transfer Pricing framework, Australian legislation and administrative guidance, and ongoing BEPS developmentsRelevant tertiary and CA / CPA qualificationsA lateral thinker with an enquiring mindExperience in developing and implementing planning structures, controversy/dispute resolution, developing policies, and effectively managing compliance requirementsAbility to develop and maintain solid relationships with clientsComfortable working as part of a team but also able to work independently when requiredWhy BDO?
