Job Description
This is an amazing opportunity to join our friendly and passionate Reservations team. Looking after reservations for Pullman, Novotel and Ibis at Sydney Olympic Park, where no 2 days are the same! Reporting to the Reservations Manager, our Reservations Sales Agents are often the first point of contact for our guests.
Our Reservations Sales Agents:
* Accurately and efficiently receive and process guest reservations.
* Communicate with our guests via phone and email.
* Consistently provide professional and friendly service.
* Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Availability to work a rotating roster, including Saturdays, when required.
* Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* A genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in a similar or customer service based role is highly desired.
* Knowledge of Opera Cloud, Sevenrooms and RESAweb preferred
