What You’ll Be Doing
As our Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operation—ensuring goods flow smoothly in and out, inventory is spot-on, and your team feels supported and empowered. Your day-to-day will include:Overseeing accurate movement of goods into and out of the Henderson warehouseManaging inventory control and ensuring all documentation is completed accuratelyConfirming correct quantities of parts are received, match purchase orders/packing slips, and are stored in the right locationsSupervising the timely unpacking, packing, and dispatch of goodsMaking sure shipments are prepared to meet customer requirementsLeading annual, periodic, and cyclic stock countsQuickly identifying and reporting inventory discrepanciesCoaching, directing, and supporting warehouse staff to maintain efficient operationsEnsuring procedures, paperwork, and systems support smooth and accurate inventory managementOperating an efficient computerised inventory control system to meet operational and budget requirementsLiaising with customers, suppliers, and management to resolve issues and offer effective solutionsProviding guidance on equipment and machinery operationCollaborating with your team to continuously improve processesOverseeing daily workflow and ensuring delegated tasks are completed effectively
What You’ll Need To Succeed
We’re looking for a motivated leader who brings both technical knowledge and a people-first approach:2+ years of team leadership/management experience in warehousing, supply chain, or related fieldsStrong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory managementStrong ERP experience—SAP exposure highly desirableCurrent forklift licenceConfident using Outlook and ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organisation and the ability to balance competing prioritiesResults-driven, proactive, and customer-focused mindsetEnjoys working across diverse teams and cultures
